Order processing times:

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping and delivery charges:

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery charge varies with distance of order location from our registered office.Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges.

Sometimes it is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

Estimated delivery time:

Exenma mostly delivers the products within 7-12 days of your order placement. However the tentative delivery time is specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• Product’s availability 
• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our store.

Domestic and international shipping options:These products are to be sold in India only. 

Refund of Shipping Fee: 

• In case an item/ order is returned, shipping fee is not refunded.
• If the entire order is lost or undelivered to the preferred location, the complete order amount will be refunded if paid online, including the shipping fee.
• If an order is cancelled after shipping of the product, shipping charges will not be refunded. In case order is cancelled before shipment, shipping charges will be refunded.

Damages:

Exenma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Frequent cancellation policy:

Some accounts typically return more items compared to an average user or frequently choose to not accept their shipments. Exenma reserves the rights to levy shipping fee on customers whose return rates are higher than average and are not adhering to the liberal returns service.
