Return and cancellation policy
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched. Customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free post the dispatch and a cancellation fee will be charged.The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep if the product received by them is in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on exenma.com.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
Exenma reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Exenma also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
Product is “non-returnable” . However, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement. We reserve the right to pick up the product to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, Exenma reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
7 Days Replacement
Product is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.If any customer has received a product in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product otherwise return will not be accepted and no refund shall be made.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
